Dashly is a portfolio and demonstration project made available for testing, evaluation, and showcasing product and engineering work. By accessing or using Dashly, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Demo service only

Dashly is not a production-grade commercial service. Features, accounts, data, and availability may change at any time without notice. Demo accounts may expire automatically and associated data may be deleted, reset, or removed.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes,
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the service,
• upload malicious code or harmful content,
• submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential business information,
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Temporary accounts and content

Access may be provided through temporary or demo accounts. You are responsible for the content you submit. Because this is a demo environment, you should assume that data may be removed at any time and should not rely on the service for storage, backup, retention, or operational use.

5. Third-party services

Dashly may connect to third-party services such as authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or Google APIs. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. No warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No guarantee is made regarding uptime, reliability, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, revenue, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

8. Termination

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, especially in cases of misuse, abuse, security risk, or project shutdown.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
